CORE helps users track a crucial metric for sports performance: core body temperature. This internal body temperature, encompassing organs and tissues, fluctuates due to physiological processes like illness, intense activity, circadian cycles, or ovulation.
During sports activities, core body temperature increases. Some individuals may exceed 40°C (104°F) during high-intensity training and competitions.
Elevated core body temperature over a certain level triggers the body's cooling mechanism, diverting blood flow from power-generating muscles and utilizing up to 70% of cardiac output for thermoregulation. This can significantly affect athletic performance and lead to performance issues in extreme cases.
CORE can help identify your unique core body temperature threshold, aiding in training to enhance heat response and achieve desired performance improvements. Additionally, CORE can support better strategic decision-making during competitions.

CORE stores and displays data through the app while also saving it in a cloud solution for convenient access and further analysis. Even without your phone, data will be securely stored on the sensor for easy synchronization with the app to upload to your online account.

Prior to CORE's innovation, only invasive methods like probes or ingestible e-pills were available for core body temperature monitoring. Now, CORE offers precise, continuous, non-invasive monitoring irrespective of activity or environment conditions. Its core body temperature measurement accuracy is within 0.21°C.

The CORE device attaches to heart-rate monitor belts or sports bras and can be affixed using special patches. For optimal performance, wear CORE on the same side as your Garmin or Wahoo device.
CORE is compatible with ANT+ technology and integrates with Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto, COROS, AppleWatch, wearOS, and numerous other platforms.
